Have been coming to Sedona for over 20 years and this is one of the best locations I have ever stayed in Sedona. There are 180 degree views of Sedona!!
The units are amazing and also there is an awesome hike right out your front steps. Just absolutely loved it and you can even walk to a bunch of restaurants like @mole (highly recommend it).

This is hands down the best place to stay in Sedona. The red rock views are absolutely spectacular from every suite.
The property is beautifully maintained and truly feels like a home away from home. The customer service is excellent — the staff consistently go above and beyond to accommodate all our requests. Our running group has stayed here for the past nine years, and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else! Highly recommend!

This is a fantastic spot, and we would definitely stay again.
Amazing views. Just breathtaking, from both the front and back balconies. It’s a full condo, so you have all the comforts of home.
It’s clean and comfortable, and no one bothers you. The location is convenient for getting into town for food or shopping, but it’s also convenient for hiking and exploring Sedona. The red rocks are so close, and Marges Draw is right next to the building. This is a fantastic spot, and we would definitely stay again.

Our 3rd stay at Vista Ridge
This is our 3rd stay at Vista Ridge. Why? Because the place is that beautiful! Clean, comfortable, accommodating… but the views? The best there is in Sedona.
The fact you can walk to so many things makes this place perfect. (Not to mention you can walk out your back door and hit the Margs Draw Trail, one of the prettiest hikes in Sedona. We are big hikers… that was huge for us) We always highly recommend Vista Ridge and of course, we will (always) be back!

Vista Ridge Sedona Properties are a No Pet, 100% Smoke-Free property.
Cancellation & Payment Policy
Free Cancellation: You can cancel for free up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival. If you cancel within the 14-day window, your 50% deposit becomes non-refundable. Cancellations made inside of 72 hours after the balance is charged are strictly non-refundable.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your Vacation Rental.
Balance: The remaining balance is automatically charged 72 hours before arrival.
Inside of 72 Hours: Cancellations or modifications made within 72 hours of arrival are non-refundable.
Travel Protection: Because we strictly enforce our cancellation policy, we highly recommend purchasing Comprehensive Travelers Insurance or checking with your credit card company to see if they offer any travel protection or trip cancellation coverage.
