I stayed at the location for almost two months. The space looks just like the photos and it’s so close to everything. My unit had a large living room window and I was greeted each morning with that wonderful view.
Kitchen had everything.
I only went out to eat a handful of times and was able to cook without needing anything (I did bring my own rice cooker and spices). I worked remotely the entire stay – the wifi was strong and I didn’t have any connection issues. I set up my monitors in the dining area – it was perfect set up with the view right in sight.
David was helpful each time I had a question. If I came back to Sedona, I would stay here again. You can’t beat the location … walkable to uptown Sedona and the red rocks are right there outside your door.

Can’t beat the view and location. Easy walk to shops and dining but just far enough off the road that it’s still quiet with a stunning view.
The location had great parking, was very clean and had great instructions found within the unit for wifi, etc. We’ll stay again when we come back.

Great location in Uptown Sedona! We were able to walk to the town. The views from the balcony were gorgeous! The place was clean and looks like the pictures.

Uptown View Villas are a No Pet, 100% Smoke-Free property.
Cancellation & Payment Policy
Free Cancellation: You can cancel for free up to 28 days before your scheduled arrival. Deposit is non-refundable if cancelled inside of 28 days of arrival.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your extended stay Vacation Rental.
Balance: The remaining balance is automatically charged 7 days before arrival.
Inside of 7 days of arrival: Cancellations or modifications made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Travel Protection: Because we strictly enforce our cancellation policy, we highly recommend purchasing Comprehensive Travelers Insurance or checking with your credit card company to see if they offer any travel protection or trip cancellation coverage.
