Free Cancellation: You can cancel for free up to 28 days before your scheduled arrival. Deposit is non-refundable if cancelled inside of 28 days of arrival.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your extended stay Vacation Rental.
Balance: The remaining balance is automatically charged 7 days before arrival.
Inside of 7 days of arrival: Cancellations or modifications made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Travel Protection: Because we strictly enforce our cancellation policy, we highly recommend purchasing Comprehensive Travelers Insurance or checking with your credit card company to see if they offer any travel protection or trip cancellation coverage.
