Sedona Uptown Suites
Free Cancellation: You can cancel for free up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
Deposit: A 10% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your suite.
Balance: The remaining balance is automatically charged 72 hours before arrival.
Inside of 72 Hours: Cancellations or modifications made within 72 hours of arrival are non-refundable.
Travel Protection: Because we strictly enforce our cancellation policy, we highly recommend purchasing Comprehensive Travelers Insurance or checking with your credit card company to see if they offer any travel protection or trip cancellation coverage.
Long Term Uptown View Villas
Free Cancellation: You can cancel for free up to 28 days before your scheduled arrival. Deposit is non-refundable if cancelled inside of 28 days of arrival.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your extended stay Vacation Rental.
Balance: The remaining balance is automatically charged 7 days before arrival.
Inside of 7 days of arrival: Cancellations or modifications made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Travel Protection: Because we strictly enforce our cancellation policy, we highly recommend purchasing Comprehensive Travelers Insurance or checking with your credit card company to see if they offer any travel protection or trip cancellation coverage.
All other Condos/Uptown Homes
Free Cancellation: You can cancel for free up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival. If you cancel within the 14-day window, your 50% deposit becomes non-refundable. Cancellations made inside of 7 days after the balance is charged are strictly non-refundable.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your Vacation Rental.
