Vista Ridge [Uptown Artist Cottage] was perfect for our family of four. Two couples had separate spaces, but a great kitchen and den to gather. Easily walkable to restaurants, shops and activities. Very private. The hot tub was great and the upstairs deck was wonderful.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay in Vista Ridge! The property met and often exceeded our expectations. The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The views from the property were breathtaking, pictures don’t do it justice.
We enjoyed our mornings sipping coffee next to the little backyard waterfall while soaking in the stunning red rock landscape or sitting in the living room staring at the stunning horizon.
The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close to the much more relaxed uptown Sedona area and its hiking trails. Area property was in was nice and peaceful, as well. Our host was proactive and provided great recommendations for local dining and activities in the welcome book. We looked forward to coming back to the place. Thank you for a memorable experience!

Great place to stay in Sedona! The home is located within easy walking distance to all the eats and shops. Plenty of room to spread out and relax after a day hiking or shopping. The real winner is the deck!
It’s huge with an outdoor seating area with gas fireplace, grill, and large dining table along with comfortable lounging seating. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area.

This was my first time in Sedona.Took a guys trip to get away for a long weekend. Our intent was to go into town, hike, and do other outdoor activities. When we went into town we were able to leave the car at the house and walk everywhere. Slide rock was about 20 mins away, cathedral rock the same in the opposite direction.
Leading up to the stay, I had a few questions pertaining to the area and the house. Despite the time difference, me being east coast, the host responded immediately to all messages.
The house provided a great amount of space for 6 adults. At night we sat by the fire pit in the backyard. The house was far enough from the neighbors where noise was never an issue from us or them.
Great location, clean house, responsive host, I would absolutely stay here again when I visit Sedona.

You can’t beat the location. It is only a couple blocks to town so you don’t need to drive unless you are hiking or visiting certain sites. No worrying about 3 hour parking!!

We loved staying at this beautiful cottage! The layout was perfect for two couples to spend time together but also afforded privacy for when we all needed a bit of downtime post-hikes. The hot tub under the stars at night was spectacular!
We cooked most of our meals in the (very well stocked) kitchen, but also enjoyed being able to walk to town sometimes for drinks and dessert. And there was nothing better than morning coffee in the front yard with all the birds singing in the trees. I can’t recommend it enough, and we’d love to come back next year!

Cancellation & Payment Policy
Free Cancellation: You can cancel for free up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival. If you cancel within the 14-day window, your 50% deposit becomes non-refundable. Cancellations made inside of 72 hours after the balance is charged are strictly non-refundable.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your Vacation Rental.
Balance: The remaining balance is automatically charged 72 hours before arrival.
Inside of 72 Hours: Cancellations or modifications made within 72 hours of arrival are non-refundable.
Travel Protection: Because we strictly enforce our cancellation policy, we highly recommend purchasing Comprehensive Travelers Insurance or checking with your credit card company to see if they offer any travel protection or trip cancellation coverage.
