Great place to stay in Sedona! The home is located within easy walking distance to all the eats and shops. Plenty of room to spread out and relax after a day hiking or shopping. The real winner is the deck!
It’s huge with an outdoor seating area with gas fireplace, grill, and large dining table along with comfortable lounging seating. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Our stay was fantastic! The home is as pictured but what you don’t see is the intentionality and care the hosts have put into the space. The backyard oasis was a great retreat after a long hike and Bocce ball was a lot of fun for our family.
The kitchen is generously stocked, amenities are very nice, beautiful views, front porch was so nice for coffee in the morning, and the location is ideal for walking to uptown and accessing area trails easily! We felt very spoiled during our time at this lovely home and highly recommend staying here.

This was my first time in Sedona.Took a guys trip to get away for a long weekend. Our intent was to go into town, hike, and do other outdoor activities. When we went into town we were able to leave the car at the house and walk everywhere. Slide rock was about 20 mins away, cathedral rock the same in the opposite direction.
Leading up to the stay, I had a few questions pertaining to the area and the house. Despite the time difference, me being east coast, the host responded immediately to all messages.
The house provided a great amount of space for 6 adults. At night we sat by the fire pit in the backyard. The house was far enough from the neighbors where noise was never an issue from us or them.
Great location, clean house, responsive host, I would absolutely stay here again when I visit Sedona.

Vista Rigde is extremely well located and steps to the most happening spots in uptown Sedona, yet quiet and very functional, well maintained and equipped ! The space and amenities were just perfect for us and we loved our stay there!
The views were great from the living room and the room upstairs!! We would highly recommend Vista Ridge to anyone traveling to Sedona.

The house was beautiful. Loved the gift basket. The house was very clean. It was walkable to town, and had beautiful views from the huge windows in the home. You could see Snoopy Rock from the home.
You could watch the sunrise from the living room couch. We would highly recommend the home.

My Mom, Aunt, Cousin and I rented this for a girls trip over Mother’s Day weekend. The patio, deck and fire pit are amazing. There was serene music playing when we walked in. The picture window and views are stunning.
Perfect for four of us – a huge sectional couch, 2 rooms with king size beds and 2 full bathrooms. Will be back!!

Cancellation & Payment Policy
Free Cancellation: You can cancel for free up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival. If you cancel within the 14-day window, your 50% deposit becomes non-refundable. Cancellations made inside of 72 hours after the balance is charged are strictly non-refundable.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your Vacation Rental.
Balance: The remaining balance is automatically charged 72 hours before arrival.
Inside of 72 Hours: Cancellations or modifications made within 72 hours of arrival are non-refundable.
Travel Protection: Because we strictly enforce our cancellation policy, we highly recommend purchasing Comprehensive Travelers Insurance or checking with your credit card company to see if they offer any travel protection or trip cancellation coverage.
