My husband and I took my in laws to Sedona and this house was perfect for us. It was clean, the communication with great, and it is a very short walking distance to shops and restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again!

I fell in love with this place the moment I walked in! I wished I owned it and lived there. It was so artistically decorated. It was so peaceful. The neighborhood was extremely quiet.
After hiking during the day, we’d come back, park, and walk to uptown Sedona and get a gelato, or a homemade ice cream, or some fudge.
It was nice to be so close because parking there was horrendous. I also enjoyed a Crystal vortex store. I bought a couple of pendants, an agate and an amethyst. I’ve already gotten many compliments on them. It was just fun to be able to have fun stores within walking distance.
The first night we were hot. We called and the maintenance guy came first thing in the morning. It turns out we had the ac units on “heat” in end of July! After the nice guy reset the remotes, it was perfectly cool. We loved our stay there and wish it could have been longer!

We absolutely loved this beautiful and cozy home! You cannot beat the location as everything is just one block over. The views in the morning especially from the primary bedroom are majestic and worth every penny!
The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious.

Vista Ridge [Uptown Artist Cottage] was perfect for our family of four. Two couples had separate spaces, but a great kitchen and den to gather. Easily walkable to restaurants, shops and activities. Very private. The hot tub was great and the upstairs deck was wonderful.

We loved staying at this beautiful cottage! The layout was perfect for two couples to spend time together but also afforded privacy for when we all needed a bit of downtime post-hikes. The hot tub under the stars at night was spectacular!
We cooked most of our meals in the (very well stocked) kitchen, but also enjoyed being able to walk to town sometimes for drinks and dessert. And there was nothing better than morning coffee in the front yard with all the birds singing in the trees. I can’t recommend it enough, and we’d love to come back next year!

Cancellation & Payment Policy
Free Cancellation: You can cancel for free up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival. If you cancel within the 14-day window, your 50% deposit becomes non-refundable. Cancellations made inside of 72 hours after the balance is charged are strictly non-refundable.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your Vacation Rental.
Balance: The remaining balance is automatically charged 72 hours before arrival.
Inside of 72 Hours: Cancellations or modifications made within 72 hours of arrival are non-refundable.
Travel Protection: Because we strictly enforce our cancellation policy, we highly recommend purchasing Comprehensive Travelers Insurance or checking with your credit card company to see if they offer any travel protection or trip cancellation coverage.
