This home has two Bedrooms with King Sized beds in each room, the Master Bedroom has an attached bathroom with a walk in shower. The hall bathroom now has a Shower/tub!. Free Wi-Fi throughout the home and Cable TV. Free Parking for 2 vehicles just outside of the home.
The space
Enjoy the newly remodeled Mountain View 2 bedroom 2 bath home located right in Uptown Sedona. The Master King has an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, walk-in closet and washer and dryer. Smart TV with cable.
The Second bedroom has King Sized bed, plenty of storage and a Smart TV. The hall bathroom located just outside the 2nd bedroom has been beautifully remodeled and includes a bath tub/shower (Added 6/21/2021 by popular demand).
Mountain View has a fully stocked Kitchen with a small dining table that seats 4, if you need more room enjoy a nice dinner or lunch on our private over-sized deck that overlooks the Red Rocks and beauty of Sedona, stocked with plenty of seating and also includes a Fire Pit.
There is a separate rental apartment below the home. There is no shared space and no access to one another as both spaces are completely separate.

Free Cancellation: You can cancel for free up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival. If you cancel within the 14-day window, your 50% deposit becomes non-refundable. Cancellations made inside of 72 hours after the balance is charged are strictly non-refundable.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your Vacation Rental.
Balance: The remaining balance is automatically charged 72 hours before arrival.
Inside of 72 Hours: Cancellations or modifications made within 72 hours of arrival are non-refundable.
Travel Protection: Because we strictly enforce our cancellation policy, we highly recommend purchasing Comprehensive Travelers Insurance or checking with your credit card company to see if they offer any travel protection or trip cancellation coverage.
