The space
Our Luxury Vacation Rental Condos are located in Sedona's uptown district and back to Coconino Forest wilderness and Marg's Trail, one of Sedona's most popular and easy hiking trails. We are centrally located to the areas most sought out hiking trails.
Immediate surroundings are private and quiet and yet just a few blocks from the shops, galleries and restaurants you won't want to miss during your visit. You will be situated on a hilltop above Hillside Sedona, a collection of art galleries, distinctive dining & specialty shopping. Our views and location are unmatched. Down the hill from your condo is a scenic bridge that spans Oak Creek inviting you along the path to a myriad of uptown shops and dining establishments. Across the bridge find internationally renowned Tlaquepaque Arts and Crafts Village, flanking the banks of Oak Creek, reminiscent of a traditional Mexican village with cobblestone paths and decorative arches, and filled with specialty shops and outstanding restaurants.

Landscaped grounds feature a man-made red rock waterfall and creek running between a bocce court (balls available) and furnished garden patios with BBQs. You can relax, dine and enjoy all the beauty of Sedona's enormous blue skies and red rock vistas. For viewing Sedona's night skies and sparkling lights in uptown, relax beside the stone fire pit and enjoy the sounds of running water to sooth your cares.

Cancellation & Payment Policy
Free Cancellation: You can cancel for free up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival. If you cancel within the 14-day window, your 50% deposit becomes non-refundable. Cancellations made inside of 72 hours after the balance is charged are strictly non-refundable.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your Vacation Rental.
Balance: The remaining balance is automatically charged 72 hours before arrival.
Inside of 72 Hours: Cancellations or modifications made within 72 hours of arrival are non-refundable.
Travel Protection: Because we strictly enforce our cancellation policy, we highly recommend purchasing Comprehensive Travelers Insurance or checking with your credit card company to see if they offer any travel protection or trip cancellation coverage.
