For your enjoyment, our relaxing courtyard offers a custom natural stone cascading waterfall with changing LED lights, gas firepit, gas BBQ, shade sails, and comfortable patio furniture. All rooms/suites feature keyless entry to allow for simple and convenient self-check in. Whether relaxing by the fire pit in the courtyard or gazing up at the stars from your private patio, you will instantly hit the unwind and reset button during your stay here!
The space
(375 sq ft) This suite has been redesigned as our Accessible suite, with special considerations for larger spaces including the bedroom w/California King bed, luxury bathroom and roll in shower, and sitting area. Private Patio.
Guest access
All of our rooms are accessible by a timed door code, available at checkin. We highly recommend using the instructions to shorten your door code to a 4 digit personalized code. Nothing more frustrating that locking your phone in the room and not remembering the randomly generated door code (only takes a second).
Interaction with guests
There is no front desk at our small property, you may see housekeeping thru the day, but if you need assistance please reach out by phone/email. Our housekeepers are great, but please reach out direct to the property manager for support.
Cancellation & Payment Policy
Free Cancellation: You can cancel for free up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your suite.
Balance: The remaining balance is automatically charged 72 hours before arrival.
Inside of 72 Hours: Cancellations or modifications made within 72 hours of arrival are non-refundable.
Travel Protection: Because we strictly enforce our cancellation policy, we highly recommend purchasing Comprehensive Travelers Insurance or checking with your credit card company to see if they offer any travel protection or trip cancellation coverage.
