The Eagle's Nest is a top-floor condo with dramatic views through large windows looking onto the red rock formations and the wildlife.

The space

The two King-size bed Suite directly borders the Sedona Wilderness, and features stunning vistas of the Snoopy Rock, which comes right into the living room through the large glass panel window.

Your home away from home provides the ultimate in privacy, as it is not visible from any adjacent residences, parking areas or paths in the exclusive community.

Despite ample privacy in location, the property offers direct access to fine quality and mid-range dining locations and is a stone’s throw to vacationer shopping at the Hillside Plaza.

A privacy gate, accessible only to designated guests, leads up an outdoor stairway to a keypad protected entry. The main entrance opens directly to the living room. Your suite features a recently reimagined interior with rough edge stone flooring, cherry-wood cabinetry, stainless
appliances and modernized stone and glass baths. In the closet, you will find a twin roll-away bed (linen and pillows supplied) for your additional guest. A granite top kitchen bar partially separates the great room design. All main living opens onto red rock views and the nighttime glitter of the resort town of Sedona.

On the property, enjoy free parking, access to the gardens with the bocce court, water features, a fire pit and barbecue patios.

Venture outside, as the sumptuous digs are granted complimentary access to Marg’s Trail, a moderate level hiking path, which leads to an array of the most scenic maze of interweaving Sedona hiking trails.

Cancellation & Payment Policy
Free Cancellation: You can cancel for free up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival. If you cancel within the 14-day window, your 50% deposit becomes non-refundable. Cancellations made inside of 72 hours after the balance is charged are strictly non-refundable.

Deposit: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your Vacation Rental.

Balance: The remaining balance is automatically charged 72 hours before arrival.

Inside of 72 Hours: Cancellations or modifications made within 72 hours of arrival are non-refundable.

Travel Protection: Because we strictly enforce our cancellation policy, we highly recommend purchasing Comprehensive Travelers Insurance or checking with your credit card company to see if they offer any travel protection or trip cancellation coverage.
