The space
Situated on one of the most spectacular red rock view locations in Sedona, the property is tucked along a hillside ridge of dedicated forest service area, home to wildlife which includes deer, javelina, bobcat, coyote and the powerful symbol of freedom, eagles.
This condo is a ground floor accommodation, nestled close to the forest land with grand patio views, bocce court and the ultimate end unit privacy. It is very charming; decorated in warm tones and large art prints of Tuscany.
The master king bedroom suite décor is subtle with a satin comforter and pillows. It has an in-suite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower.
The second bedroom offers one queen bed and one twin bed with large glass patio door and outdoor access. It has easy access to the hallway bath which also has a glass-enclosed shower and granite counter-top.

Cancellation & Payment Policy
Free Cancellation: You can cancel for free up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival. If you cancel within the 14-day window, your 50% deposit becomes non-refundable. Cancellations made inside of 72 hours after the balance is charged are strictly non-refundable.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your Vacation Rental.
Balance: The remaining balance is automatically charged 72 hours before arrival.
Inside of 72 Hours: Cancellations or modifications made within 72 hours of arrival are non-refundable.
Travel Protection: Because we strictly enforce our cancellation policy, we highly recommend purchasing Comprehensive Travelers Insurance or checking with your credit card company to see if they offer any travel protection or trip cancellation coverage.
